Buying a Gift Card
Visit akyedieapp.com/buy, choose a denomination (or enter a custom amount), fill in the recipient's details, and pay securely via Paystack using your card or mobile money. The process takes under two minutes.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) through Paystack, Ghana's leading payment gateway.
Yes. During checkout, choose "Email" or "SMS" delivery and enter the recipient's contact details. You can also add a personalised message and choose a card design. If the card is for yourself, select "Self".
We offer fixed denominations and a custom amount option where you can enter any value from GHS 10 to GHS 5,000. Check the buy page for the current selection.
Receiving a Gift Card
Your card code is delivered instantly by email and/or SMS once payment is confirmed. Keep it safe — it is shown only once and cannot be recovered if lost.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there after 10 minutes, contact us at support@akyedieapp.com with your purchase reference and we will resend it.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on your card and in your delivery email. We will send a reminder before it expires.

Yes. You can spend your balance across multiple visits until it is fully used. Each redemption reduces your remaining balance, which you can check anytime at akyedieapp.com/balance.
If you prefer not to use your card at a vendor, you can request a cash redemption. Visit the balance checker, enter your card code, and submit a cash-out request with your Mobile Money details. A small processing fee applies. Payouts are processed manually within 24-48 hours.
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued. If there is an error with your order (e.g., wrong amount), contact us at support@akyedieapp.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to assist.
For Vendors
Fill in our vendor application form. Our team reviews applications and gets back within 3-5 business days. There are no upfront fees.
We process vendor settlements on a regular schedule (typically monthly). The net amount — after our commission — is transferred directly to your registered bank account or Mobile Money number.
